Steve Smith, the 2011 Dixie PGA Section Merchandiser of the Year for Private Facilities, is the PGA director of golf at Greystone Golf & Country Club in Birmingham, Ala.

In this video, Steve speaks about the Pigskin Classic event he hosts at Greystone Golf & Country Club. The event features tailgate-themed food & beverage, and fun on-course contests such as a punt, pass and kick contest, football trivia and a throwing accuracy competition. The club allows members to bring up to seven guests, and at approximately $70 per player, the club has seen upwards of $6,000 revenue per event.
